I absolutely love Craftsy and its online crafting classes. They have everything from knitting, crochet, cake decorating, cooking, art, photography, and my favorite…quilting! I’ve taken numerous classes from them and learned sooooo much from each one. I even have a few waiting to be watched yet that I haven’t had time to get to.
The Craftsy class platform is great. The instructors create detailed lessons with multiple camera angles so you can see every detail. Then, you can pause, bookmark, take notes, and manage your class so that you can go back to certain parts to view again, record ideas you may have while watching the class, and more. You can even contact the instructor and other students with questions, and you’ll get responses quickly so that you can get the most out of your class and make the best crafts you can. And the classes come with downloadable materials and patterns, too.
I made Donovan’s quilt using a pattern I learned in Quilting Quickly with Jenny Doan. And now I’m making a quilt for Avery that is derived from a pattern in Jenny’s Quilting Quickly II.
