I’m so excited this week to have my first recipe guest post over at Formula Mom. Her site always has great information, amazing reviews and giveaways, and a fabulous community. I was excited when she said she was interested in a new series of posts entitled Sweet Saturday, featuring desserts and other sweet ideas—Like this Cookie Dough Cupcake Recipe!
The recipe is pretty simple. Just three steps and you’ll have delicious Cookie Dough Cupcakes with cookie dough that is made without eggs so it’s safe to eat. First, make your cookie dough balls and freeze them for a bit. Second, make your cupcake batter, fill your muffin tins and place a frozen cookie dough ball in each cup, and bake. And third, make your cookie dough icing and frost your cupcakes! Super simple and sooooooooo yummy!
