I’m now into Week 3 of my Weight Watchers 360 journey! This week I lost 3.2 pounds for a total weight loss of 5.4 pounds so far. I’m feeling pretty good, even though I didn’t meet all of my goals this week. I lost more weight than my 1 pound a week goal, but I only worked out twice. And, I totally cheated on my points a few of the days. Avery has not been sleeping this week (even more so than usual), so I’ve been super tired. I know that if I work out I will actually feel more energetic, but getting my butt moving has been tough.
I’ve also been hungrier this week than last week, I think because I’m still breastfeeding and my body is trying to tell me hey, you need to eat to keep your milk supply! But, I’m hoping that will settle down soon.
I am really liking the Weight Watchers mobile app, though. It makes keeping track of my points really easy and the fact that I always have my phone with me means that it helps hold me accountable. I have no excuse not to log what I’m eating, because I can just pull my phone out of my pocket. The app is easy to use and has the full functionality of the website. So, even if I never make it on the computer that day, I can still keep track.
Overall, it was a successful week, but I’m hoping to get more motivated with my workouts this week and cheat less. I know the more weight I lose, the less I will be able to cheat and keep losing. Pounds to go until my goal…24.6!
